LOCATION: FENTRESS COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
REGISTRATION: Wednesday, AUGUST 18, 2010 ONLY
At Burden Drug Centers and Fentress Flowers & Gifts
(10:00 AM until 6:00 PM)
Child does not have to be present to register. Registrations may be made by mail.
Mail to P.O. Box 700 Jamestown, TN 38556 by mail.

Rules:
1. All categories are limited to residents of Fentress County.
2. No entry without proof of age.
3. Child may only enter one class.
4. Dress code of each entry is parent's choice.
5. Only one person with each child behind stage area.
6. NO SMOKING behind or around stage area.
7. Entries and 1 person need to remain in back stage area until class is over and
the winners are announced.
8. Entries must not be over the age of 4 on the day of the Baby Show.
9. Entries for the next class must be present before the final line up.
We won't be able to wait on contestants.
10. Only the entries will be allowed to enter the fairgrounds for free.
