RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Contestant must be a resident of Fentress County for
6 months OR a full time student. Resident of Fentress County
is defined as an individual living on property assessed to
Fentress County by the Fentress County Tax Assessors Office.
2. Contestant must have reached her 7th birthday but not her
10th birthday before August 24, 2010.
3. Dress may be long or short in length.
4. Contestant will be judged on beauty, personality & poise.
5. The winner of previous years will not be eligible to compete
this year or suceeding years in this category.
6. Deadline for entering will be Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 11:00 am.
Entry forms may be obtained at the Union Bank. Entry form will
be published in Fentress Courier, fentresscountyfair.com or
obtained from committee members.
7. Winner must be willing to represent Fentress County Fair
at different events during the week & throughout the year.
