Enter Exhibits

Exhibit entry is scheduled from 1:00–3:00 PM. Bring entries to the correct department area and allow enough time for check-in.

Monday, August 24

Judging Day

Judging begins at 9:00 AM. Exhibit buildings are closed for judging until approximately 3:00 PM.

Sunday, August 30

Pick Up Exhibits

Exhibit pickup is scheduled from 1:00–3:00 PM. Entries should remain on display until the official pickup period.

Requirements vary by department and may include age divisions, preparation standards, ownership rules, health papers or advance registration.

Choose the correct class before arrival.

Use the Fair Book to identify the department, class and lot number for each entry. Clear preparation makes check-in faster.
